Ideogram

Remove Ideogram metadata

Ideogram images carry their origin in the file's generator metadata - the EXIF Software or XMP CreatorTool field naming the tool. RAIW finds that tag and strips it for free.

Quick clean is free with Standard output up to 12 MP. Keeping the original resolution above that size requires paid processing.

What RAIW finds in the file

  • Generator metadata - the EXIF Software field, the XMP CreatorTool field, or a PNG text chunk naming the tool that made the image. This is the signal RAIW reads, and the free Quick clean removes it.
  • Any C2PA or IPTC tags in the file - the metadata pass is vendor-neutral, so it clears Content Credentials and AI-disclosure fields whatever wrote them.
  • Marks drawn into the picture are a different job - RAIW erases only the on-image marks it is calibrated for: the Gemini sparkle and the Doubao, Jimeng, Qwen, Kling, Tencent Yuanbao, RunningHub, Baidu and LibLibAI labels. Any other logo burned into the pixels stays.

How RAIW removes it

The generator tag lives in the file's metadata container, not in the picture, so RAIW strips it on our backend in the free Quick clean - no GPU, no account, and the pixels are never re-encoded. The same pass clears C2PA Content Credentials and IPTC AI-disclosure fields if the file carries them.

The tag may already be gone

Metadata is fragile. Uploading to most social platforms, taking a screenshot, or re-saving in an editor drops the generator field on its own. So if the checker reports no signal, that means nothing was found in this particular file - not that the image was never AI-generated. Quick clean still removes whatever is actually there.

Frequently asked questions

Does removing the metadata change my image?
No. These provenance tags live in the file's metadata, not the pixels, so RAIW strips them without re-encoding or altering the image - it looks exactly the same.
Does RAIW remove a logo drawn into the picture?
Only the on-image marks it is calibrated for: the Gemini sparkle and the Doubao, Jimeng, Qwen, Kling, Tencent Yuanbao, RunningHub, Baidu and LibLibAI labels. Any other logo baked into the pixels is not removed.
Is it free?
Yes. These generators leave their mark in metadata only - there is no invisible pixel watermark to disrupt - so removing it is free, with no GPU. Quick clean is free with Standard output up to 12 MP. Keeping the original resolution above that size requires paid processing.
What image formats are supported?
PNG, JPEG, WebP, AVIF, and HEIC. RAIW processes images, not video.
